To better accommodate all Motion Pik Cutz clients, appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Within 24 hours of your appointment, the following policy applies:
• Reschedule your appointment from 2 to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time at no charge.
• Cancel your appointment from 2 to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time and you will be responsible for the full fee for your services.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time, you will be responsible for the full fee for your services.
